General Terms of Use

The website aromaperte.com is the online commercial store selling products and creations under the trademark Aroma Per-Te (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”). The following terms and conditions will apply to the submission of orders to the Store. Every user who enters and transacts with the online store is considered to consent and unreservedly accepts the following terms set forth herein, without exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he must refrain from placing an order, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.

Claim to conclude a distance purchase

The purchase of goods through the website of the Store is strictly limited to persons who have the legal right to sign and conclude contracts on the website in accordance with Greek law. The customer-user must have legal capacity, which is judged according to the provisions of Greek law.

Preparation of the sale

Upon completion of the order, the customer-user addresses a proposal to purchase the goods in his cart, under the terms and conditions of order, included here. The confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal, which is sent after the submission of the order, certifies that the customer’s order has been received by the aromaperte.com and in case there is availability of the ordered products, the proposal is accepted.

Availability of goods

If the products ordered are not available at the time of ordering and processing, the Store may delay the delivery of the ordered products. In case of unavailability of the products, the Store reserves the right not to accept the specific order and, consequently, not to prepare the sale. The customer will be informed accordingly. Any payments initiated or executed will be cancelled.

Any payments will be refunded to the customer without undue delay, in the same way the customer chose to make the payment.

All products in the store are handmade, so there may be variations in the final product, which makes them unique.

Delivery of orders

Product delivery times and delivery costs are indicated in a special box when placing the order.

Payment

All prices at the aromaperte.com are in euros and include the legal VAT. Upon completion of the ordering process, the customer can choose the payment method shown. The data entered by the customer when making an electronic payment are not controlled, processed or stored by the aromaperte.com, but by the respective payment provider and/or server. In case a refund is required, it will be carried out by the Store in the same way as the customer made the payment of the price, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without culpable or undue delay. Your order can be paid in the following ways:

• Cash on delivery: payment in cash to the authorized employee of the cooperating company (courier), upon delivery of the order, at the place of shipment declared by the customer.
• By credit or debit card securely through a special service of the partner bank.
• By bank deposit.

Retention of ownership

Any delivered products remain the property of the Store until the final, full and complete payment of the price to it.

Selling exclusively to end users-consumers

The products available from the Store are intended and sold exclusively to consumers as end users. Further sale of the products for commercial purposes is not permitted. The Store expressly reserves all its rights, including expressly not accepting purchase proposals that create the impression that they were made for the purpose of further commercial promotion of the products.

Claim of withdrawal / Product return

If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not to serve his individual activity (commercial, business, craft or liberal professional), then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, as amended by Joint Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013, returning the product in its original condition, bearing the return costs and any reduction in the value of the products. The consumer should manage each product he receives in the same way as he would manage and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Management of a product, which is different from the above description, will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be burdened with the reduction in the value of a product if he has managed it beyond what is acceptable.

Final provisions

These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the Store and the customer is the competent Greek Courts. The protection reserved by the provisions of the law on distance contracts, as well as these terms, is emphasized that it applies to transactions only with natural persons, who transact for reasons that do not fall within their commercial, craft, business or liberal professional activity. In the event of non-application of any term of this Agreement, the others shall remain in full force and effect.
